Try changing themes. Restart. No theme. (Using Orbit Retro)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Themes pref;
2. Select new theme;
3. Quit Moz and restart

Actual Results:  

Still in "Modern" theme

Expected Results:  

Should have used the Orbit Retro theme

Change from Modern to Classic works.

Change from Classic to Orbit results in Modern. 

Will look for a 3rd party theme to investigate.

Installing an updated version of Orbit Retro 1.2 0.0.6.3-dev seems to work.

[e-mail], if you recently upgraded Mozilla, it included theme version
changes that necessitated your upgrading Orbit. Thus, this wasn't a Mozilla bug.
