Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymTsxH2fq5c in new tab
2. Play video

Actual results:

Video suffers from a few random freezes, 1-2 seconds each. Audio playback is normal.

Expected results:

The video should have played flawlessly, without any freezes.

I could reproduce the bug on a new profile as well on Nightly (Build ID 20211002213629).
