I can reproduce the issue in Firefox92.0.1, 93rc and Nightly94.0a1, 78esr Windows10 with new profile.
Disabling ETP seems to fix the issue.

Hi xyn19!
I was unable to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly version 95.0a1 on Windows 10, but following comment 1, the web page was load successfully.
Could you please try to reproduce it by disabling the ETP and tell us your input? You can find more information here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop
Also, you can download latest Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest this issue.
Thanks!

I'm not seeing this behavior in strict mode or private browsing anymore. I only see it with an add-on installed like uBlockOrigin.
As such, without further info this doesn't seem to be a Firefox issue, but rather one related to an add-on. Please let us know if that's incorrect, along with any more information to help us reproduce the issue! Until then, I'll close this issue as it's inactionable without further info, and has gone without any replies for a number of months now.
