Steps to reproduce:

Created a Geckoview displaying a web page. All works fine except if I grant another application (e.g. TeamViewerHost or other screen capturing applications) the Android permission to "Draw over other applications".

Actual results:

Geckoview stops working showing a blank white page.

Expected results:

Display the web page normally as when "Draw over other applications" permission is withheld from other applications.

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.

Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE.
