our goal for having the failure jobs is a backstop so as we migrate tests we can go quicker and give developers a longer runway to address issues without the fear of missed test coverage.
With that said, these tasks are not intended to run forever, so I am turning off the osx 10.15 and osx 11.00 jobs; I will keep the windows 10 jobs for another cycle
