This seems like drawSnapshot (I think? This is the rs jobs which are reftest-snapshot, but I'm not sure what that is) is not dealing well with reftest-zoom. Matt do you know if it's known and if so what's the path forward here?

Yeah indeed, that's the reftest path using drawSnapshot.

It's a known issue, but didn't seem important to the coverage added by RS.

I suspect it's this code, applying the inverse of the appunitsperdevpixel scaling: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/layout/base/PresShell.cpp#4566
