173410 - Mozilla and Phoenix information Bookmarks folder has infinitely increasing "Open-in-tabs" link

When I create a new tab, yet another "Open-in-tabs" entry appears under the
"Mozilla & Phoenix Information" bookmarks folder under Bookmarks > Mozilla &
Phoenix information. This behavior seems to have stopped at 29 "Open-in-tabs"
entries, assumedly if one takes into account the other bookmarks the folder has
reached its limit.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hit Ctrl+t

Actual Results:  
Another "Open-in-tabs" entry appeared under the "Mozilla & Phoenix Information"
bookmarks area accessible via the GUI.

Expected Results:  
To be honest, I am not completely sure what Mozilla should have done instead,
yet I am 100% sure that such unnecessary entries are not to occur.
