Looked around help files and found the solution, deleting the line in the
registry. It works fine now, Over the past few days that I have been using it,
I have not had any crashes or browser freeze ups like I get with NS 7. Displays
better and faster than NS 4.8, which is still my default. I couldn't trust NS7
yet and wouldn't go with IE6 and OE, so I've been hanging on to my old NS, which
has some problems displaying certain pages. The way it's going now, I may switch
my mail over and make Mozilla my default in the near future. Keep up the good
work. Paul
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. use browser
2. go to a few pages
3.
Actual Results:
grayed out arrows for back and forth
Expected Results:
Fixed problem by deleting line in registry. Have seen that iit is not a nes
problem. Why does it still install with this problem. Maybe a notation should be
made at the download site about the fixes available if it is a common problem.

Are you still seeing this problem with a new build (1.2.1 or 1.3a) of Mozilla?

I'm not sure what I was supposed to do with the last message I got. I tried to
resubmit it but it bounced back. I thought maybe I'm not supposed to.
Anyway, I can't remember if the arrow thing happened when I installed 1.3a.
Arrows work fine and I have made Mozilla my default browser and mail. I have my
wife using the greatly improved NS 7.01 now rather than the 4.8. We finally got
her an email address of her own. I posted about separate profiles for the 2
browsers and someone got back about adding -p screen name to the desktop icon to
personalize each shortcut. So now Mozilla opens set up for me and NS 7.01 opens
set up with my wife's stuff. I like not have to select from the profile manager
each time I open my browser or mail. Thanks for you attention. Paul
