I subscribed to a newsgroup. When entering it I was asked how many headers to
download. I entered 0. This seemed to work. The groups was empty. When entering
the next time all headers were downloaded without asking (several thousend).

So what to be done: Either have a third choice "none" or treat 0 differently.
Mozilla should go to the newsgroup and look at the highest xref and save it.

It is an exact dupe. I did not find it because the summary says messages while
the dialog says headers.
