Selecting a generated password from dropdown saves password immediately, without user hitting Submit button.
Saved login does not include username, so any attempt to edit or use new generated password will create another entry instead of offering to update existing one.
This behavior happens when there are no logins in the about:logins for the same site. If there is at least one, no autosaving is happening.

This is expected behaviour except for the part that editing the password field should automatically update the auto-saved password.
