As a fenix developer, when looking at a profile, it can be difficult to understand what actions gecko is taking and if they're scheduled at an appropriate time on the main thread (e.g. not blocked by expensive fenix UI updates). A simple way to do that is to add a marker for the EventDispatcher messages to see some common actions occurring in Gecko.
