User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/94.0.4606.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Pressed the button to compose new e-mail or
Pressed ctrl+n

Actual results:

Pops up the window to compose new e-mail and immediately disappears crashing whole thunderbird program.

yes. your crash is @ mozilla::mozHunspellCallbacks::GetLine which is a spellcheck bug.
It's fixed in 94.0b2 build 2, which is pending release.
Until then you can grab it at https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/candidates/94.0b2-candidates/build2/
Let us know if the issue is fixed after you update.
