poor rendering of some fonts on win7

note the inconsistent thickness of the horizontal parts of uppercase letters and bumps on top of lowercase ones.
Happens with hardware (nvidia) and software (vmware) rendering. Win10 is ok.

Can you check with mozregression (https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/) to see which commit might have regressed this?
I can't. If you're interested in fixing this, as you should be, reproduce it and then you can bisect yourself.
