Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:92.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/92.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Using a a gmail account (tested using gmail webmail), create a event a invite "the tester".
- The tester receive an invitation. It is correctly displayed in thunderbird.
- On the gmail account, modify the event and write a modification message when ask (important)
- The tester receive another mail with a invitation modification. The modification message is not displayed at all. It is possible to found it using seeing the source (in a multipart).
(I don't know if the issue is related to gmail meeting invitation but it is how I found this)
Tested on thunderbird 91.1.0 (Fedora 34)
Actual results:
The modification message is not displayed at all.
(So user cannot know why the event was modified).
The message is displayed correctly if the same mail is opened using k9mail (on android).
Expected results:
The modification message must be displayed

I think resolved by bug 760412 (Thunderbird 91.2.0)
Component: Untriaged → E-mail based Scheduling (iTIP/iMIP)
Product: Thunderbird → Calendar
I confirm this is the same bug and it is fixed.
I'm closing. Thanks.
