As part of my work this quarter on Wikimo, I need to get Wikimo out of Nubis, which requires me to be able to access public (and if any, private) Nubis repositories. This bug collects those various requests. While one member of our team is an admin in this org, they are on leave, so I'll need your assistance to proceed with my work.

Please invite two users to the team @admins:

GH users "duallain" and "bkochendorfer" added to the admins team. (GH ID's grabbed from people.m.o)

team Admins has admin access to nubisproject/nubis-json2hcl

Repository count in the org: 49. Repositories that admin team has admin rights on: 49 - visual check also looks good.
