If the current theme is showing dark, we can pre-select Bold. Most likely only for upgrade spotlight as about:welcome is mostly new users without a theme.

I have verified this enhancement and I can confirm that the "Bold" theme variant is preselected in the Upgrade spotlight if the currently enabled theme is Dark.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (95.0a1 Build ID - 20211019215100) and the latest Firefox Beta (94.0b8 Build ID - 20211019190240) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.15.7, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64.
