When SubDialog.jsm resizes the dialog frame to contain the content, if the content has a border, it doesn't correctly include those, and the dialog ends up with scrollbars.
Patch forthcoming.
Just put this in Messaging System for now as a way of tracking my current work.
It can be moved to Toolkit/Alerts & Notifications later.
