Steps to reproduce:

I try to sign in in Firefox after a fresh OS install

Actual results:

An error message appear that the verification email was refund and my account is locked

Also i fallowed all steps from the support website (24h waiting, e-mail address filter for firefox etc)

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Cloud Services::Server: Firefox Accounts' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
