Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add Mail Account
  2. I enter my full name Sergey and email address raifa@list.ru and password ********
  3. Click continue.
  4. I choose one of the available IMAP configurations
  5. Click done.
  6. A window opens asking you to enter credentials for raifa@list.ru on imap.mail.ru
  7. I enter my account name raifa
  8. I click on the drop-down list to select the mail server domain

Actual results:

Failed to select a domain name list.ru from the drop-down list.

Expected results:

The drop-down list should have opened.

That page is coming from list.ru and needs to be fixed on the server, if it's a problem.
It's possible you turned off cookies or completely disabled js in Thunderbird which would cause it perhaps?
