The menus at the top of the page do not work. I get a JavaScript error in the
JavaScript console.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hold mouse over menus.
2. Open JavaScript console.
Actual Results:
Error: menu is not defined
Expected Results:
Menus should work.

Resolving as this entire domain is a 404 every time I try it.
Could be reopened if the site returns.
