Details
I just started using Mozilla 1.1 tonight on my PC running Windows ME and notice
that the Navigation Toolbar Buttons are all blacked out. Only when I point my
mouse over the button does the image of that button's represenation appear. The
image stays so long as I don't surf the web, but once I start hopping between
websites the buttons go black once more.
I also notice that the same blackout conditions are occurring to images on some
websites, most notably on http://www.mozilla.org/start an image that states to
Download does not automatically appear. I have to scroll down the page then back
up for the image to appear.
I did not see a bug reported that matched what is happening to me, I hope this
can be resolved, thank you!

Jason, could you please provide a screenshot?
Also, what video card are you using?
