I downloaded the (addnl) Preferences toolbar .xpi via Mozdev.org. It installs but refuses to become visible. The Phoenix version is 3 (nightly build).
I'm not sure this is a Phoenix bug. I suppose this is a bug from the Preferences toolbar. Anyway, someone posted a workaround on the forum: http://www.mozillazine.org/talkback/read.php?f=11&i=1413&t=1380
preference toolbar bugs are not phoenix bugs.
