Mozilla dowloads images from theregister.co.uk everytime that I visit the page,
even when the site is supposed to be blocked (it is on the list and as you right
click on the image it only shows "unblock images from this server").

To check it go to theregister.co.uk, open a story and you'll see an advert on
the left, right click and choose "block images from this server" and it will
still be loaded each time.

The bug is not present in Galeon 1.2.5 from Debian Stable.

The version I am using is: Mozilla 1.0.1 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT
5.0; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020826

works fine for me, but there are several ads with everything unblocked, so i may
not be seeing the same thing as you.

which server is on your list and which ad are you referring to? if you right
click the ad and choose properties, what is given as the location of the file?

the register page has ad images from theregister.co.uk, as well as ads from a
doubleclick server and others.  if you want to block them all, you would need to
block the register's images as well as the advertiser's.

ad.uk.doubleclick.net is blocked (the option is to "unblock images from this
server")
theregister.co.uk is blocked (the option is to "unblock images from this server").

Both are on the list but the images are still there and get reloaded when I
press "refresh".

reporter: can you reproduce this bug with a recent build of mozilla (for
example, 1.2)? if so, please comment again with details. if not, please resolve
this bug as WORKSFORME. thanks.
