Steps to reproduce:

1. Open about:memory
2. You will see old page

Actual results:

This is old Pre-Australis page (Only buttons are different than Pale Moon and common Firefox buttons)
This also i verified from Pale Moon

Again this page needs Proton like redesign

Expected results:

This page should be in design of Proton
