User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:93.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/93.0
Steps to reproduce:
Add things to a cart in a private browsing window (in my case I used Ebay), close the window, and open a new window (either right away or even quite a few seconds later).
Actual results:
Cookies do not clear when window was originally closed and when going back to website that had for example items in a cart, items would still be in the cart
Expected results:
For cookies to clear and nothing to exist from a previous Private Browsing session

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Private Browsing' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
checked with my ebay account but it seems that ebay saves that.
i will check it in a bit without logging in to my ebay account.
I can´t replicate this. Tested on windows10 64bit using firefox release 93.
First i tested it without entering my ebay username and password:
-What i did was to launch a new profile in normal browsing mode.
-opened a private window
-Without entering my username and password, i added an item to the cart
-closed the private window
-launched private window again
- visited ebay and there was no item on the cart.
I also tried to replicate it entering my username and password:
-Launched firefox in normal browsing mode.
-opened a private window
-logged in to ebay with my username and password
-added an item to the cart
-closed the private window
-launched private window again
-logged in to ebay again with my username and password
when i enter my username and password the item appears on the cart, but it seems ebay saves that info once you are logged in. Because if i log in to my account using another web browser, the item is in the cart saved also.
Are you logged in to your ebay account when this happens?
do you have another example site?

Hi,
Please test it using a new profile, you can find the steps to do that below:
Does this issue occur in the latest nightly version of firefox? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
please let me know
thanks
I'm marking this as Resolved-Incomplete due to lack of response. If the issue is still reproducible with the latest Firefox version, feel free to reopen the bug with more information.
