Steps to reproduce:
Use 'Duplicate Tab' action on page using Session Storage, e.g. http://www.sharonminsuk.com/code/storage-test.html
Actual results:
In general works good, but:
it deletes Session Storage records when key+value has more then 2048 characters
Please mind attached recording
Expected results:
Whole Session Storage should be cloned

Hi!
I was able to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly version 95,0a1 (2021-10-26)(64-bit), Beta 94.0b10 and Firefox Release 93.0 on Windows 10.
I've used http://www.sharonminsuk.com/code/storage-test.html and I've followed the steps shown on the video attached.
I'll change flags and set a component to have a starting point for this. Please feel free to change it if you consider one more appropriate.
