Create SysEng team in mozilla org

I've read https://wiki.mozilla.org/Github, and need help with the following.
- Creation of a new team: "SysEng"
- Give the SysEng team access to the following repos:
- mozilla/remote-settings
- Make mostlygeek the maintainer of the SysEng team
- Make mostlygeek the maintainer of the Product Delivery team (https://github.com/orgs/mozilla/teams/product-delivery/)

couple of items - I think you're actually able to do all of this yourself - you're an admin of that repo, and any member of an org can make a team.
I'm happy to help set it up though - only question I have is what level of access should the syseng team have to the remote-settings repo?

Oh. I went in and created a new team.
Could these two github users (new mozilllians) be added to the mozilla org:
- grahamalama
- matt-boris
I wasn't able to add them into the new team.

Yup, inviting new members to the org is the thing you need an owner of the org for.
Those two have their GH ID's linked in phonebook, and conveniently you're the manager, so taking the request as approval.
Invites sent, once accepted, they'll be in the team.
