1737749 - Devtools still keep the dark theme styles

When the light theme in devtools is selected while the Firefox (nightly) theme is the Dark Parts of devtools still seem to keep the dark theme styles.

STR

1. Set the firefox to the dark theme
2. Open and set devtools to light theme.
3. Go to the debugger and open the event listener breakpoints panel

AR
The check boxes are all based on the dark theme.

ER
The checkboxes should be based of the light theme.

Hi Emilio,
We are seeing this issue.
It looks like the native elements (in devtools) are still in dark theme even after switching to light theme.
Would you a have some insight?

I reproduced the issue on Ubuntu 20.04, on an affected nightly 95.0a1 from 2021-10-25.

Verified as fixed on Beta 95.0b3 (20211104185958) on Ubuntu 20.04, macOS 10.15 and Windows 10x64. Devtools respects the selected theme.
