Details

DevTools folder contains a doc for DAMP: devtools/perfdocs

The folder contains: index.rst file that isn't used to generated any page in firefox-source-docs)

Also there is exactly the same file: testing/perfdocs/generated/DAMP.rst that is used to genarate: https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/testing/perfdocs/DAMP.html

Looks like we can remove the one in devtools/perfdocs
