We only support alternatives for extensions, not for languages, themes or dictionaries.

(I never saw an incompatible theme, but I did see incompatible languages.)

User impact if declined:
Users might see a "search alternative" button on language packs, even though we do not maintain alternatives for language packs in our DB.

Testing completed (on c-c, etc.):
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky):
It is just adding a condition to an if statement, should not cause issues.
