1738014 - Should we bump expired FX_MIGRATION_* probes

A bunch of migration histograms expired, either in 65 or 92, but I didn't see any bugs for them, maybe I failed at searching.

Either we remove or update these.

We had a short discussion in bug 1714256, I think, about which probes to keep? Do we just want to delete the other ones at this point?

I actually discovered this while looking at a dupe of bug 1332225, we have no measure of the jank and time we take importing from other browsers, and that to me sounds like useful information that we should have, especially regressions.
Bug 1714256 didn't go much into details about how we ensure migration doesn't suddenly hang for like 10 seconds or take 1 hour in background... I think we care about that experience being smooth, thus I suspect here we want to build some long term plan to ensure that. Whether that involves keeping some of these probes or writing a new one, that's the matter.
