Since a recent change (see below), selecting an attachment in the
attachmentList box and hitting Return no longer opens the dialog
where you can choose between “Open with” and “Save”. Instead it
just opens the GtkFileChooser as if you had selected “Save”.

mozregression gives me the following window, although I couldn’t
track down the specific commit:

Either way, it was introduced very recently (on Oct. 25).
