Now that all obsolete repos are archived and under the new SysEng team, we can proceed with the deletion of this obsolete storage-team (circa ~2016).

Confirmed that all repos are archived under this. Saved the list of repos and perms just in case this needs to be resurrected soon.

Deleted the team.

Verified that none of the members dropped to 0 access (and thus became targets for cleanup)
