Hover over Hints are unreadable in Dark Theme
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/14.1.2 Safari/605.1.15
Steps to reproduce:
macOS Big Sur
Version 11.5.2
Just upgraded to Thunderbird 91.2.0
When hovering over anything, like menus it pops up a hint for what ever you're hovering over except with your new Dark Theme your can't read it! See included image hovering over "Contact".
Drop down Menu contents are now in Dark Theme and are also difficult to read.
Actual results:
Can't read hint.
Expected results:
Hint should be readable.

Updated Thunderbird to 91.2.1 which it now says "Thunderbird is up to date" and still cannot read Hints.

Attached image is with "Light Theme" Enabled but hint and menu's still show up dark.
