The tests fail because content-visibility has not been implemented (bug 1660384). Tasks on mozilla-central don't run the new tests even if they are expected to pass.

Presumably these are timing out on beta because showModal() is failing. So we can either enable the dom.dialog_element.enabled pref for these tests or we can mark them as expected timeout on release/beta.
