Steps to reproduce:
- Install another languages,
- Open about:addons page,
- Look at panel,
- You will see two photon icons called “Dictionaries” and “Languages”.
Actual results:
These two icons are photon icons (Thicker lines).
It doesn't follow proton styles (Thinner lines).
Expected results:
These two icons should be proton icons.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Add-ons Manager' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello,
I reproduced the issue on the latest Nightly (96.0a1/20211115215316), Beta (95.0b7/20211114185943) and Release (94.0.1/20211103134640) under Windows 10 x64 and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
The “Dictionaries” and “Languages” icons do appear to have a different style from the rest of the icons present on the Addons Manager sidebar i.e. those icons have a thicker outline.
