reply should position the cursor in the text box not in the "To" field

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/95.0.4638.54 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
clicking "Reply" opens the Message Window and positions the cursor in the "To" field.
Expected results:
clicking "Reply" should opens the Message Window and position the cursor in the "Text Message" field.
I think this was the former behaviour.
It's the most probable action that one does not want to add/change anything in the "To" field in the case of "Reply".
