Since the last Treeherder deploy (?), opening Treeherder links linked elsewhere in a new tab loads the Treeherder page but lets the primary toolbar slide out of view.

Example which reproduces the issue permanently here: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=autoland&group_state=expanded&resultStatus=testfailed%2Cbusted%2Cexception&tochange=162a9da3f9b2cb778d23e199655a9603c9d37cbb&fromchange=a045ce98e572d0c221930fbdd4aa7712f34fbe24&selectedTaskRun=G6S4v4bNRN2yfPEZ-XT_7w.0

Joel, are you aware of any change which could explain the observed behavior?

clicking the above link (as well as a few other links from bugs, emails), I am not able to reproduce this. I am running on Windows 10 locally, and have Firefox Release (93). Google chrome release and Firefox nightly (built last week from my local repo) all function as expected.

Either this is related to a specific build of Firefox, an OS integration issue, or some extension in the browser that is interfering. A treeherder change in the last few weeks could still be the culprit, but we need to help narrow down the criteria where it reproduces as that would ensure we can fix the right problem.

Could not reproduce this on a second machine.
