We have cold startup tests running in the Toronto office (see bug 1554314), however these are not currently publishing results anywhere. For this bug we should revisit the harness running these tests, and ensure the results are published.
Proposal: Migrate these tests to mozperftest and publish results to Perfherder. Alternatively, add Perfherder output generation to the fxrecord harness (but ideally we will consolidate our test harnesses).
