User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:94.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/94.0
Steps to reproduce:
Clicked any of the extension icons in the toolbar, or the Firefox hamburger menu.
Actual results:
The popup window showing settings/content for that toolbar item rendered with about 50px of height.
Expected results:
The popup window should be significantly larger (big enough to display all content)
Note: This screen is set to scale at 125% in Windows settings, but it also occurs on my attached monitors which scale at 100%.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'WebExtensions::Untriaged' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello,
I could not reproduce the issue you are having on the latest Nightly (96.0a1/20211107123941) or Release (94.0.1/20211103134640) under Windows 10 x64.
I have a 3 monitor setup and have set scaling to the following:
- main display – 125%
- secondary display – 100%
- third display – 150%
There was no cropping of either extension pop-ups nor the hamburger menu. The entire contents were visible.
Would you mind attaching the contents of about:support to this report in order to see if you have any prefs set which might cause the issue? Thank you !

When placed near the top of the screen, FF shows a partially shrunk menu.
When placed further down, the FF window shows extensions mostly shrunk.
I only see this issue on screen 1 with 125% scaling turned on.

Hello and thank you for the additional information !
I did not see anything out of order with the prefs you have set, from the about:support info.
However, I still cannot reproduce the issue on my end.
I set scaling to 125% at a time, on each of the 3 monitors I have, resized the browser window as in the screenshots you attached and checked the hamburger menu. I do get a shrunken menu when I move the browser window towards the bottom of the screen, but nothing so drastically shrunken as in your case.
Extension pop-ups are also fully displayed. No cropping.
