Nightly is unable to submit this particular crash report since 27-09-2021.
The .dmp file is 1.1MB in size so I dont know whats the issue here.

The .dmp file alone cannot be submitted, was there an .extra file along with it? If there wasn't then that's why you can't submit it.

There is no other file in the same folder C:\Users\<myusername>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\pending
There is a 0B sized .dmp.ignore file in the folder (that i was unable to attach to this bug)

I am guessinf that this is the expected behaviour for crashreporter ? If yes, I will close this bug as INVALID.

Yes, if the .ignore file is present then the crash should have already been submitted... but maybe something went wrong and the crash was neither submitted neither deleted. It's rare but it may happen; you can delete it safely, there's nothing out of the ordinary.
