Details

When using SecureCRT, Outlook or other windows applications which launch URL's,
it always uses an existing browser window instead of creating a new one.

It would be nice to be able to have it spawn a new window -- similar to the IE
Advanced Setting "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" set to "disabled".
There is a pref for this already:
user_pref("advanced.system.supportDDEExec", false);

What does supportDDEExec do? It isn't that I don't want to use DDE to launch
URL's, I just want to make sure it opens a new window when it does it.

Is that a side effect of not using DDE?
