Details
(Whiteboard: [QA-not-reproducible])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:94.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/94.0
Steps to reproduce:
- 2 FF windows open (10+ tabs open in each, various sites), using FF account
- shut down ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS server
- use FF on an android or ios device (ipad) device, same FF account.
- Boot 18.04.6 LTS server, wait for FF windows to auto open
Actual results:
Only the first window has opened. The second window has disappeared with no history.
- Infrequent alternate result: a varied number of FF windows open (I've counted up to 20) from an unknown historical past time frame but never with the second missing window.
Expected results:
Both FF windows from the previous Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS server session should be displayed with all previously opened tabs

Hey Bob,
I tried reproducing this issue using your exact steps on the latest versions of Firefox Nightly 96.0a1 (2021-11-09), beta 95.0v4 and release 94.0.1 on Ubuntu 20.04 but after restarting the pc it opens both windows with the exact tabs where I left them.
Can you test the issue while in Safe Mode? You can find helpful info here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode .
Also a fresh new profile could help. You can find more about creating a new profile here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile .
If possible, you can test this issue on the nightly build as well. Download the build from : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/ .

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
