1739945 - [META] Add support for iframe picker on all panels

At the moment, selecting a given frame in the iframe picker only has effect on the inspector, the dom panel, the accessibility panel and partially on the webconsole (sets the context of evaluation).
We should go over all the panels and properly support this.
