Similarly to bug 1740073 we can't get the actions of the message the context menu was triggered on, because triggerNode is no longer set. We will likely have to augment nsContextMenu.js in mail to give us the required details to know what actions exist and possibly re-design how actions are triggered. Since no protocol currently uses actions this shouldn't affect any functionality for now. However having message actions will be relevant for features like replying to, editing or deleting messages.
