The processing method is not saved for .xlsx and .xls attachments, and the processing selection dialog is displayed each time it is opened.

Steps to reproduce:

Open the .xlsx, .xls attachment and in the Opening Dialog select "Excel (default)" of "Open with" in the "What should Thunderbird do with this file?", and check "Do this automatically for files like this from now on." and press the "OK" button. Close the displayed attachment and reopen it.

Actual results:

The Opening dialog is displayed again.

Expected results:

The processing method of .xlsx and .xls is not saved.
