Currently, if there's an alert having only improvements as childs and regressions reassigned, it is marked by perfherder as improvement when it should be a regression.The other way around, if there's a triaged alert as improvement and we reassign to it a regression, its status should reset to untriaged to be sheriffed properly as a regression.
