Build: 10-10 branch build / Mac 10.1.5

With any ftp server page, e.g. ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub or some other non-ascii
ftp server like ftp://10.169.114.243 or ftp://10.169.114.236, when manually
select some other charset other than current marked one, will get a blank page
with an error message:
The file /pub can not be found, please check the location and try again.

Don't see it on Windows and linux.

Also, latest trunk build doesn't has this problem either.
