I notice some gfx telemetry alerts still contain Matt Woodrow's Mozilla email, which is now bouncing mail.

Most of them also contain a general gfx alert email address. However, I wanted to highlight that FX_TAB_SWITCH_COMPOSITE_E10S_MS doesn't expire and doesn't have a non-Matt address.

Not a big deal, just raising a bug in the hope it's helpful while I'm digging through telemetry stuff.
