Bug #1740259 says: "... https://ccadb-public.secure.force.com/mozilla/IncludedRootsPEMTxt?TrustBitsInclude=Websites uses a mix of CR/LF: line endings are inconsistent."

We should check our public CSV reports to make sure that the line endings are consistent.

In particular, check the CSV reports provided on these pages:
